Primordial black holes in peak theory with a non-Gaussian tail

چکیده
In this paper, we update the peak theory for estimation of primordial black hole (PBH) abundance, particularly by implementing critical behavior in PBH mass and employing averaged compaction function formation criterion to relax profile dependence. We apply our a specific non-Gaussian feature called exponential tail, which is characteristic ultra slow-roll models inflation. With type non-Gaussianity, probability large perturbation not suppressed Gaussian factor but decays only exponentially, so abundance expected be much enhanced. Not do confirm enhancement even compared case corresponding nonlinearity parameter $f_\mathrm{NL}=5/2$, also find that resultant spectrum has maximal seen simple Press--Schechter approach.

Primordial Black Holes
Primordial black holes (PBHs) are a profound signature of primordial cosmological structures and provide a theoretical tool to study nontrivial physics of the early Universe. The mechanisms of PBH formation are discussed and observational constraints on the PBH spectrum, or effects of PBH evaporation, are shown to restrict a wide range of particle physics models, predicting an enhancement of th...
متن کاملComments on non-Gaussian density perturbations and the production of primordial black holes
We review the basic arguments for the likelihood of non-Gaussian density perturbations in inflation models with primordial black hole (PBH) production. We discuss our derived distributions of field fluctuations and their implications, specifically commenting on the finetuning problem. We also discuss how the derived distributions may be affected when linked to metric perturbations. While linkin...
متن کاملAntimatter from Primordial Black Holes
Primordial black holes (PBHs) could have formed in the early universe from the collapse of overdense regions through significant density fluctuations. Their detection nowadays is a great challenge as it could allow both to check the Hawking evaporation mechanism and to probe the early universe on very small scales that remain totally out of the range investigated by CMB or LSS measurements. The...

The emission of particles from black holes created in the early Universe has detectable astrophysical consequences. The most stringent bound on their abundance has been obtained from the absence of a detectable diffuse flux of 100 MeV photons. Further scrutiny of these bounds is of interest as they, for instance, rule out primordial black holes as a dark matter candidate. We here point out that...
متن کاملStability of primordial black holes
Vacuum polarization in a strong field, such as Hawking radiation from black holes, is constrained by the directional metric of strong field vectors. Relative localization of the quanta and the Schwarzschild radius is examined. Concept of thermal equilibrium of excited vacuum is critically analyzed and judged as dis-equilibrium, because virtual modes or particles are mutually independent. The re...
